We were there for ComicCon so it was a cheaper option. Very plain when walking in. So maybe more decoration? The rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. TV options very limited unless you put in your own codes.for streaming channels. It was a bit further from the convention center than we wanted but it worked for the one night we were there. The woman that was working was very nice.

Very clean with great value

Clean room. High floor with nice views. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs since noise from neighboring rooms is audible.

The only complaint i had was that the floor needed sweeping before i checked in. I saw staff cleaning the passage ways and the lift while i was thwre and my bed and bathroom were clean so perhaps it was an oversight. The room was comfortable and u felt very safe. The cost was extremely reasonable and would stay here again

Price doesn't match delivery

Unfortunately, we didn't find the room and hotel to be in very clean condition. The water pressure was extremely low, and the floor was dirty when we got in. The AC was also not working, so the balcony door saved us. The phone in the room was broken. The staff did what they could to help and were very accommodating and friendly, but the price of this hotel is way too high for what you get for a room.

I stayed for 3 nights. There was hair in the shower and on my sheets, the water literally didn’t work the second day (in the whole facility), and my room key consistently failed to work. The staff were relatively friendly. Thin walls. The definition of “you get what you pay for.” I’d stay somewhere else if I visited again

The shower handle was broken I had to use my hand and turn the nut that on holds the handle together to turn the shower on, at least 2 times a day I had to go get my key card reset. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Was a bad bed. The view was beautiful from the balcony and that is the reason it’s not getting rated terrible
