「Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!」

「Everything was wonderful. The decor in the room and the dining room were beautiful. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding and great choices. The owner and her friend were very friendly and we had great conversations. It was definitely a highlight of our time there.

「Clean, wonderful "space" for an efficiency. Ridiculously awesome location too! Walk to the bar and restaurant on the beach. Walk across street to 7/11. DG market is close. Pizza across street. Very pleasant stay!」
