「This is a true boutique hotel with 5 nicely appointed rooms, all with direct beach access through a well kept yard with tables and chairs for each room. This was not our first stay and won't be our last!」

「Staff is so helpful …. amazing location …. lots of repairs going on but didn’t affect the stay! Will soooo be back!」

「Clean room and the location was walkable to all nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. Checkin was super fast which was great. One small critique, we thought the front desk person should have been dressed a little more professional- at least something that reflected he was an employee. He had a plain black T-shirt on.」

「excellent ocean view from 8th floor. room was more like a suite. lotsa room. Clean and everything you need. Only minus we found is a $23 per day fee to park your car. Kinda seems like most people are gonna arrive in a car. 1st time we ever encountered a parking fee at a motel in many years of travel. Guess it’s a case of “Buyer Beware” overall good stay. 」

「We had a short, but great stay at the Inn on the Avenue. The check-in was easy, location is great, and the host were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the AM, so we missed breakfast. However, we plan to return when we have a bit more time.」

「The property was located in a prime location. The apartment was very clean and airy. Very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable! I didn’t wake up with any aches or pains. I especially loved there was no carpeting. All essentials were available for use. Although the unit was located behind other buildings we still had beach views. Close to shopping and restaurants. Laundry room on site. A huge plus! Liked we had separate entrance which had stairs that lead to your unit and a nice sized outdoor...
