「We first stayed in Nov 24. This time we stayed Apr 26. Previously we were in the Annex, but this time we were in the main building. The room was large and nicely decorated. I booked two rooms as our adult daughter came too. Both rooms were cold even though the heating was on, but its an old building, so probably difficult to heat. 「This was one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The look of the Ribchester Arms, when we arrived, was impressive. We had a very large room and bathroom, both very modern with a 'fridge and juices, milk, drinks and biscuits. The staff were very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast was freshly cooked and pretty good. We ate there a couple of nights and the food was wonderful. A recommended place to stay .」

「Wonderful overnight stay with our springer spaniel . Lovely clean and spacious dog friendly room in the Annex with a fabulous view . Set in wonderful grounds with lovely outdoor areas and enjoyed a great circular walk down to the river. All staff were so friendly and the steak for the evening meal was cooked perfectly as was the very generous breakfast . Definitely be back」

「This is a very pleasant hotel, ideally situated for those arriving in Skipton by train. It's virtually the first thing you see when leaving the station. It's a ten minute stroll into the town centre, past a former cotton mill, and there's an alternative route via the attractive canal towpath, easily accessible from the rear of the hotel.
