"I enjoyed the stay and my granddaughter loved the pool. Beds comfortable although didint have a great sleep due to noise during night . was awful noisy people in the corridors and in neighbouring rooms."

Good coffee machine, but only 1 so can have queues at busy times.
Area always keeps clean & tidy with ample amounts available.

"Room was ok but slightly tatty, given the status of the "suite" - decor was damaged, sinks were cracked, air con kept switching off.
Breakfast was HIGHLY disappointing for the price!!"

Enjoyed the bar the night for of the stay.
Great DJ playing music that was my type of sounds.
Cocktails a little expensive but they're a happy hour with cheaper cocktails from six to seven. "

"It was fine other than the check in. The woman on reception was very rude - before I even had chance to say anything she barked, 'What's your surname?'. As I'd just booked and she couldn't imemdiately find the reservation she was clearly annoyed. Left a very sour taste.
The woman on reception when I checked out (who I've dealt with before and think is South African) was as friendly as ever. "
