"Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. "

"Room was clean. Staff were cery good. Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for. Nothing was too much for him. He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored. Rooms were brilliant.Breakfast was good although on Alex (Maybe duty Manager)who made us feel like we were a problem all the time. Lots of misunderstanding right from the very word go. Apart from him and his team ,my group had a good time. "

"We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff were amazing and they all seemed very happy in their jobs. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious, the best Chocolate Brownie ive ever had! The main reason for being there was for us to use the leisure facilities and they didn't disappoint. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. "
