「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「I would like to point out an absolute gentlemen (and not just because he changed our room without any fuss) in Nick for his lack of ego and profound sense of service first which proved his professionalism it’s a shame it can’t be transferred to the rest of the staff in buckets. 「Very helpful and provided a packed breakfast on both days as had to be out of hotel at 07.00 each morning. Room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Mine host and staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be booking again. 」
