"Rooms were small, as expected, but the public bath made up for that! Really nice to have the option to shower and get ready there instead. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and they have a variety of pillows to borrow at the front desk if you don’t like the ones in your room when you get there. Extra perks were great - late night ramen, free coffee, free yakult in the morning and free popsicles in the evening. Location is great! It’s about halfway between 2 metro stations, which added flexibility. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo!"
