"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent staff and location. 4th stay at this hotel. Concierge is excellent in areaging transportation, receiving packages and helping me mail out a package. Location is as ideal as you can get. Right next to the Shibuya Scramble and connected to the Shibuya Station. "

"The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean."
