"They have a wonderful staff! Our room was big, clean and beds are comfortable! Enough space to move around for 4 people . Near the train station, 7-11, Family Mart and restaurants. Big shout out to Toko (i think he was doing his OJT?)and the rest of the staff. They are amazing! We definitely booked here again the next time we travel to Tokyo! "

"Very beautiful hotel, feels brand new. Right across from the National Stadium, adjacent to a small park and literally right next to a train station. Would stay here again !! "

"It was our first trip to Japan, we only had one week. The location was fantastic, adjacent to Shibuya Station as well as the Mark City Limousine Bus drop off/pickup. We could see the Shibuya Scramble from the elevator as well as elevator lobby. Our 24 th floor had an amazing view of the city. Once we were in our hotel it felt so peaceful, yet the excitement of Shibuya was just downstairs. Only slight issue was it was a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance, but that was a minor hiccup. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Shibuya!"

"Nice hotel with great amenities. The train station is across the street and there’s and family mart in the building for late night snacks and convenience store goodies. Also the restaurant has good breakfast, drinks and dinner. Get the pizza "

"This was the pinnacle of hotel rooms for my kids who adore Godzilla. We stayed on the 30th floor which has a number of stills from the making of the movies. The rooms are decorated wonderfully. It is a smaller room (as you'd expect in the middle of Shinjuku). The staff were quite helpful and they call your attention to Godzilla-related things happening elsewhere."
