早餐選擇不多，基本的種類是有的，地點比較偏遠，附近食堂及餐廳不多，晚餐要在7點前選擇好進食，房間偏小，上次入住是雙人床房，空間還算合理，但這次入住雙床房，可是使用空間反而少了，雙床房放兩張單人床，中間只隔很小的空間，由最近的一張床進入另一張床只容一個人側身行的空間，結果要兩張床併在一起才可把行李喼打開，不過職員的態度尚好，上網也沒問題

room was so tiny certainly didn’t look like the room i booked! i had spent so much time looking at pics and reading reviews and i don’t know how this hotel got the good reviews it got! quiet street not near anything had to walk 15 mins to Ueno, 10 mins to subway. rooms tiny tiny tiny, bathroom just as tiny, a midget hotel and the price i paid the first night was U$309 is a total rip off! staff spoke little to no english! rigid with extended check out at 12pm! totally a downer to my trip to tokyo to be honest!

部屋は清潔で、ツインだったからか、バスルームも広く快適でした。ベッドの足元側と壁が近く、歩きにくい事と、テーブルと椅子が無く、机が欲しい時（書き物、軽食等）には少し不便でした。その点で★一つ減です。狭い部屋に無理に2つベッドを入れてツインにしたのかな？ フロントの対応はきめ細やかでトータルでは良いホテルでした。

Always clean. Stayed there twice in 2025 for a grand total of 4 nights. Convenient to subway lines. Easy access with the luggage from Tokyo station and then to the Narita airport. Lots of small restaurants around the hotel. Only complaint is that the rooms are small, even with two beds. Staff very polite and professional.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I’ve been using the same face massage tool for over 20 years — it’s a small item that I use every day, but I accidentally left it in the bathroom during our stay. After checking out, we traveled to Okinawa, Kyoto, and Osaka. More than a week later, when we returned to Tokyo, I realized I must have left it at this hotel. I decided to visit, though I wasn’t very optimistic since it’s such a tiny item and doesn’t look valuable — but they had kept it for me! I was so delighted and deeply grateful. I also wanted to thank the gentleman who cleaned our room — it was spotless when we arrived. The concierge who took care of our luggage when we first checked in was also very kind and helpful. Everyone at this hotel was so nice. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you so much!

Disappointed to find the size of the twin bed room I booked was very small. No space for two pieces of luggage. No desk or chair. Two persons cannot move around in the room without bumping into each other. The location is not ideal for getting to the shopping district in Ueno. Hotel is rather old. Service was good.
