Overall great stay close to Shibuya, Crossing, and shopping and restaurants. Great location has a washer and dryer which made it really convenient walking distance to the train station which took us all over Tokyo.

Had a great time staying here. There is an elevator which was great after walking all day. Staff was very nice and held our luggage after we checked out so we didn’t have to walk around with it while we waited to go to the airport.

Hotel was good. It was in a nice location walkable distance to shibuya sky. Convenient family mart and breakfast options near by. Staff were amazing super welcoming and helpful. Tokyu Stay Shibuya was a great choice for our time in Tokyo. The location is excellent—close to everything, but in a quieter area just outside the busiest part of Shibuya. The room was small, but it had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and fridge, which made our stay really convenient. Perfect for a short or longer stay if you want comfort and practicality in a great spot.
