"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students.
Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity.
The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking.
The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice.
RECOMMENDED!!"

"The hotel room with its convenient bar fridge and microwave and kitchen, the decor of the room and the hotel in general, the hotel’s location, the service, and the amazing buffet on a rooftop terrace were excellent for the price. We were very pleasantly surprised! We were within a few block walk of the Plaza des Armas and the park at Cerrado Santa Lucia. I also want to give a shout-out to Miguel at the front desk who was very helpful and booked us a taxi to the airport. "

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting,...

"I stayed for ten (10) days! I was really amazed and impressed with Concha Y Toro. The staff (all the staff) were wonderful and extremely helpful. Tanya, Daniel and Andrea couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They saw to my every need and helped me out above the call of duty. They booked reservations for tours and helped me with local (lots of really good places to eat!) dinner...
The complimentary breakfast and wine & cheese bar in the evening are above and beyond anything you'll see at a CHAIN HOTEL.
DO NOT LET THE NEIGHBORHOOD SCARE YOU! It's more like a Boston college local community. Lot's of young people. I was nervous at first but quickly became quite secure walking around alone day and night.
NOTE: Make sure you have WiFi at ALL times! I got caught twice without it and had to call an Urber. I found a local place that was kind enough to let me dial-in to their WiFi, but don't go out without it! BAD IDEA!
I would stay at Concha Y Toro again!"
"El lugar es hermoso... Para que la estadía fuera más confortable deberían incorporar algunas cositas como lugares para poner la maletas. Perchero etcétera. Tampoco hay ni siquiera una silla pequeñas cositas que harían mucho más confortable la estadía por lo demás todo muy bien"
