「This hotel is in a historic home and is a much better experience than staying in a large hotel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is hearty. It is in a residential area, so be sure to get a dinner recommendation for the area before you head out. The best thing about this place is the staff. Everyone there does everything they can to be responsive, helpful and welcoming. I’d definitely stay there again.」

「Super clean , everything was shining! The toilet had bidet which was so modern that you felt like you are controlling an airplane! The toilet was warm and pleasant! The pressure of water was high. Location is perfect . Negative point was the view from window that opened to neighboring buildings which were very ugly but not hotel’s fault. The reception staff tried to charge me $120 dollars for 4 hours early check in but finally they agreed to let me check in early for $ 35 The breakfast was...

「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast,...
