「It is a unique property; definitely a boutique hotel, which I prefer. I would recommend you ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor. My room on the 1st floor was right on the street with no privacy or natural light unless I opened the shutters. Also, I arrived by taxi at night. As we drove through the surrounding neighbourhood, the "historic" area was more ghetto than I expected from their photos. Many of the older buildings that would have been grand back in the day, are empty, in need of major repair....

「From the moment we checked in, we received a warm welcome and five star service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. Quiet room with comfortable beds. We utilized the gym and the spa; small but had all the equipment for a nice work out. Complementary breakfast was varied and very good. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace dining with a great view over the city. We were kindly allowed a late check out to accommodate our evening flight from the airport. 」

「This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work.
