Overall I would recommend however I knocked a star off as although the reception areas/restaurants are 4*, the rooms are a bit basic and feel like they need some TLC compared to other 4* I have stayed in. Special thanks go to the especially friendly and helpful concierge/doormen! If I were to stay in Santiago again I’d likely consider Bellavista/downtown as I personally found Las Condes a bit quiet and further out than ideal. Also ate at the restaurant several times and the food is amazing.

Business stay in Santiago

Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home

Nice hotel in a good neighborhood close to metro

Hotel is great, comfortable room and courteous staff. Nice bed, mini fridge and good linens and towels. All male staff was very nice. We are very thankful of having been allowed early check in free of charge, but none of the young ladies a the front desk greet us with a smile during our 4 days stay. We dined twice at the hotel and neither of the meals was above average, and the restaurant staff under performed both times. I barely touched my food and they didn’t bother to ask if something was wrong. We asked for an empty bowl to share something and it never came. Service was extremely slow. Hotel lobby is beautiful with nice art and lots of natural light. It is nice having a bar with good drinks and service. Breakfast was not to our taste, all 4 days we stayed scrambled eggs were undercooked, coffee was not great either. But in general it is a good deal for the price.
