The staff was very helpful with any inquiry we had. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection. The hotel was centrally located and very affordable. I would recommend staying there.

The staff goes out their way to help with any of your needs. Excelent price for what you get. Only 15 minutes from the Santiago international airport. In the center of downtown Santiago. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and historical places.

This is a good hotel to be based on if you have a longer stay in Santiago city. Almost everything you want to see in the downtown area is walkable. The hotel property is not in the best of shape, but it’s not bad either. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - but with limited English skills, so if you have Spanish, you will be even better off.

It was wonderful staying in the center of Santiago. Walking to various parks and plazas was easy and enjoyable. Regarding the Hotel Panamericano, the room and breakfast were terrific! All the staff memebers were delightful and helpful throughout our three-night stay. A special thanks goes to the incredibly accomodating receptionists. We requested a room change shortly after arriving. Though the hotel was pretty full we were asaigned a new room. The transfer was quick and a manager stayed with us until we were resettled. The attention and care provided was noteworthy.

A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was very weak. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay in every way. Room was very nice and clean and the hotel has an elevator which was very important to us. Breakfast excellent and varied. Staff friendly and helpful. Location very central and just a short walk from the Moneda, the subway station and Plaza Armas. Close to many restaurants and pedestrian shopping street.

Lovely, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. FANTASTIC breakfast. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The only reason I’m not giving the full 5 stars is because the wifi barely worked during our two nights there. Other than that we loved our stay there!

Very grateful for the front desk staffs scheduled some of our tours. The room is clean and comfortable, but lack of some basic things, such as a simple coffee or hot water tea maker, which is pretty standard everywhere in the world. Breakfast is awful bad. Location is the best for a tourist.

Breakfast buffer is good. Location is good. Service is good. However, the hotel is old. Baseboard is broken and you can see the nails. Telephone did not work at all. It has shower, no bath tub. Shower water is not hot enough. The staffs do not speak much English; mostly Spanish.

Generally, I am easy person, but charged of amount of dollars that not match services , it make me Upset. Hotel was not clean, Breakfast was not good. manager of the shift was not perfectional and rude. only thing make me happy had shower. the rest was not The time I arrived, They could not find my information. I booked my reservation Dec 22 2022 mouths ago . I had my conformation and Itinerary but they denied that we do not have your information and you need to prove it .. finally, I have to pay for my reservation twice.
