「A mid-range hotel in a convenient central location. A maximum of 10 minutes' walk to the Plaza de Armas. There was always someone at reception who spoke English. We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. 「Far away from main city but close to the Los Heroes station where you can take railway to other places or bus which only cost 1500 Chilean Peso from the airport.」

「The communication around check in was poor. The studio wasn’t clean. There were missing light bulbs. The refrigerator is a pocket size. The kitchenette is definitely not a full kitchen. There is no air conditioning so we needed to keep the window open, but it was too noisy at night. Too much noise and cigarette smoking around so the smoke was always in our studio. Would not label these “VIP” apartments at all. The only positive was the location. We would not stay there again. 」
