「Helpful staff」

「I stayed for ten (10) days! I was really amazed and impressed with Concha Y Toro. The staff (all the staff) were wonderful and extremely helpful. Tanya, Daniel and Andrea couldn't be nicer and more helpful. They saw to my every need and helped me out above the call of duty. They booked reservations for tours and helped me with local (lots of really good places to eat!) dinner... 「Excellent, very reasonably priced accommodation in Santiago's neighbourhood teeming with students. Plenty of reasonably priced, good quality restaurants in the vicinity. The town's historical centre is 10 minutes away by walking. The hosts are friendly, and your breakfast (very nice!) will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice. RECOMMENDED!!」

「Staff at this hotel are excellent. Simon who served us at the roof top patio was particularity friendly and gelpful and made the dinner we had there enjoyable. The front desk staff were very helpful and their English proficiency was cery much appreciated. The staff at buffet breakfask were all great as well. It is true what is said, that people make the difference and this was very true at this hotel」

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」

「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up.
