Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. Fernanda made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. All the staff we saw were friendly. A pleasure to spend the start of our vacation here.

I had a very pleasant 4-night long weekend stay at Casa Conde. Everything was excellent -- the room, breakfast, the neighborhood, dining and entertainment options, parking, and most especially the staff. And the hotel dog Romeo. I will definitely come back and stay here again in future trips to Santiago.

A wonderful old building with spacious rooms and lots of charm. The room was spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. The best part was the staff. They were all warm and welcoming, they were super helpful and personable. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers.

Well located and good value hotel

Attentive staff and easy check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious room with good AC and pretty interiors. Many places of interest are within walking distance and the immediate area is safe. Good quality breakfast. I would stay here again.

Beautiful historic building, beautifully maintained. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the common spaces and thoughtful touches like free coffee, tea and cake and a cold bottle of water on arrival.
