"Very good breakfast, omlette and cheese especially. Staff very helpful. Tour desk available, as well taxi transfer to the airport. Area is in general quite, close to metro stations, we walked to Central station and bus station to get to Valparaiso and Vina del mar."

"Please inform guess they're going to a migrant shelter with no rules, loud music loud guest congrar and talk laugh until wee hours of the morning making it defficult to 😴 saw two roach! 2 🚽 1 🚿 for 16+ room's on ground floor 💡 went out twice in less than a hour, carpet not cleaned pillow case had a huge stain and lumpy😳 sheet's are thin and slip's off the plastic covered matrass 😔 thankfully I travel with my own lining 👍 area is a bit sketchy at night however it was quiet compare to inside ! "I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."
