「We had a day layover in Santiago and decided to stay near the airport at Wyndham. We had to pre-arrange for airport shuttle services. The process was relatively easy once we got the WhatsApp contact number. The hotel also offers sightseeing tours. The food of the restaurant on premise was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. 」

「It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.」
