「This low key and comfortable hotel is located adjacent to the high rise where the US passport Atlanta is located. I came to overnight to process my passport in person. 「From check-in to check out, our stay was amazing! The front desk staff, and valet were so respectful and helpful. We got breakfast included with our stay and everything was so delicious - omelets made to order ( chefs kiss ). I will definitely be back my next time in Atlanta.」

Elevators were fast, never waited. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom was bright, large and clean with a rain shower. 「We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are comfy and quiet. Pillows are hit and miss, but that’s as much personal preference as an actual issue. Easy to get to and very reasonably priced, even being 500 feet from Centennial Park for the World Cup party. However, those aren’t the reason you should stay here. Of anywhere in the world I have stayed, the friendliness and the efforts made by the staff to make this a great stay is absolutely second to none....

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out.
