「Very clean, kind staff, and easy check-in/check-out process」

「I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. 」

「It was close proximity to all the activities we participated in this weekend. The room was excellent with service daily.」

「The location was very convenient — close to shops, dining, and entertainment, which made getting around easy. The room itself was quiet and mostly clean, but there were a few issues. There was no TV in the room at first, and we had to request one to be brought up. Also, the laundry setup wasn’t very user-friendly — we couldn’t just use the dryer without running a wash cycle first. We also found a pubic hair on one of the bathroom towels, which was disappointing. Parking was a bit confusing to...

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」
