Very dissatisfied. The room was very hot. When the air was turned on it blew out heat. Went to front desk and was told there would be no air conditioning until the following day and that I should just open my window.

The room was completely dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had hair all over the place and it was not cleaned properly. There were bodily fluid stains and excrement stains on the bed. Management was nonexistent. Front desk worker disappeared and never came back.

Rom was dirty hair in tub ring on sink from previous people heat didn't work total awful but lady up front was nice

Only heat worked so was like a sauna
The hotel is very Convenient to Georgia world congress the aquarium and the stadiums. The condition of the property is a bit rundown, but my issues were more regarding the room. Only the heat worked so the room was insufferably hot which actually work because there were no blankets on the sheets. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it so if there was a fire, it would’ve never noticed it. The bed was marginally comfortable but not good. They had coffee and packets of oatmeal, but that was it The front desk staff was very helpful and allowed me to store my luggage I often notice that if you book through a third-party, they give you the worst rooms and this would be it. You could hear the elevator all night.
