「The front door was blocked by trucks doing work. The first room we were given smelled like smoke. The second room we were given had the window open because someone burned popcorn in the room. Neither room had a tub and that was the reason I chose the hotel. The desk person checking us in was extremely excellent. The woman checking us out was rude. They refused to give us a discount because of no tub and the burnt smell. We will never stay at this hotel again. I paid $180.00 to stay for 1 night. 」

Asking in advance for a quiet room, the choice was next door to the office or under the stairwell. Maintenance in room was needed. Skip the breakfast.」

They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning.
