「When we arrived the desk manager, Mr. Patel, was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they're putting a lot of care into switching owners. He gave us a little treat bag and check in was easy. We were driving and stopped here for one night so you don't expect much. But not only was it clean and friendly, the beds and pillows were actually comfortable! Like real pillows and blankets! 「Went here with a friend for parents weekend at GCSU. The young man who checked me in was so helpful. Made me feel like family rather than just a patron. The building and rooms show their age. If you’re looking for something with all the bells and whistles then this isn’t the place for you. We just wanted an affordable clean convenient room which is exactly what we got. 「Pool was not clean. Gate was broken. The bathroom needs an update. Caulk is starting to mildew, etc. Room overall was clean, but smelled musty when we walked in. For the price and reputation of hi-ex we expected more.」
