「Very nice and relaxing.」

「Had to wait over an hour (after 4 pm check in time) to get our room. The rooftop bar food was terrible to say the least and we ordered 3 different items, all were DISGUSTING. Do not eat there. Room was clean and view was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to everything you want to do in Macon.」

「Based on what I had read online, expected to be a lot nicer. Our room had a damp/humid smell and floor (NO CARPET) was sticky to our feet. Overall the place seemed rather run down. Breakfast was okay ....just not very elaborate. Eggs, bacon, toast. Then a cold cereal bar. The clothes we hung up at night felt almost wet. Bed and pillows were great.」

「Staff were the best crew ! I ran into an issue with Expedias reservation- they were just such a great group of people. They helped me get in touch with Expedias customer service, we finally got everything sorted. They were helpful, patient and friendly.」

「Usually love to stay at Home2Suite as they offer larger rooms and are pet friendly. This particular one is in desperate need of a refresh. Peeling paint and wallpaper, stained furniture. I did complain but was only offered an explanation that they are planning a renovation and hope that come back. Maybe offer a free night to return and maybe I would. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood Suites. I Had the King suite for a week. Very convenient to food and stores. The bed was very comfortable . My daughter slept on the hide a bed and she also was comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful. Lizzy was super friendly and got us checked in after a long flight from Los Angeles. I will be staying again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort and cleanliness, Thanks.」

「Everything was good except the free breakfast. Coffee was great, but most cooked breakfast items were over done. Still it was good to have something for breakfast and, it was free!!」

「What we loved most about this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. Didn’t have to worry about the kids getting burnt in the sun 🙌 very clean facilities and room was spacious, we went with the suite to give little ones room to play inside the room」

「Everything was great. My only critique would be the entrance is hard to see at night. Not their fault just in a crowded area.」
