Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge Tours

These woods offer a great hiking trail along old forest trails and streams. There are plenty of places to fish and while I was there I met a few people bolder climbing. This is an old fireplace about three miles into the trail. The original house dated back to the early to mid eighteen hundreds. Originally this was a one room house where the only source of heat is the only part still standing.
