「There was hair in the tub when we arrived. It had not been cleaned properly, so it felt like the whole room had been overlooked in details of cleanliness. Ken came right away, clean the tub for us and brought us blankets. She was very nice and accommodating. Housekeeping supervisors need to check the rooms more often and more consistently.」
