「The staff was great! The breakfast was good. But the room was not well maintained. You really need to update your lamps, the shades were cracked, the inside of the lamp shade by the bed was gross with dirt, hair and drips of something running down it.」

「Our first room had stains on the bed linens and the A/C didn’t work. Switched to a second room which was barely better, but had less stains, and the A/C worked here. This bathroom needs a full reno. The toilet was stained, like the bathtub, which also had a leaking tap. New towels needed, as the ones in the room were thin and torn from usage. The ice machine did not work. We left early, as we did not want to stay here the whole night. One positive, the staff were very friendly, and switched...

「We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. Disappointed in this chain and will avoid...

「Pool was not open, with no plan to reopen as of 6/26. Stray hairs found throughout room. Staff was helpful when you could find someone. Room was musty, and ice machine didnt work when tried using. Overall ok stay, pet friendly. Ac worked well.」
