「The towels in our room were stained and had holes in them, looking more like old shop rags than hotel towels. The room phone did not work, so I had to walk to the front desk to ask about a rollaway bed. Our reservation clearly indicated 2 adults and 3 children, yet the room did not have a couch, pullout bed, or any other sleeping arrangement for a fifth guest. 「They did not tell the WiFi password to us. They didn’t answer the call, And we had to go back to the front desk to ask. They also provide a wrong room initially」

「Staff were the best crew ! I ran into an issue with Expedias reservation- they were just such a great group of people. They helped me get in touch with Expedias customer service, we finally got everything sorted. They were helpful, patient and friendly.」

「The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. The space around the toilet and sink areas smelled like...

「I really enjoyed my stay at the Candlewood Suites. I Had the King suite for a week. Very convenient to food and stores. The bed was very comfortable . My daughter slept on the hide a bed and she also was comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful. Lizzy was super friendly and got us checked in after a long flight from Los Angeles. I will be staying again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort and cleanliness, Thanks.」

「Room was dirty with bugs. No Phone, Sign that says no guests after 8?? People who apparently live there full time were smoking Pot in front of my room and it came in the the AC. Wow, worse room I ever payed for.」
