On April 14, I booked and paid for hotel reservations through Expedia for the stay from April 14 to April 16. However, on April 16, the hotel charged me again directly. I contacted them, and they issued a refund. Unfortunately, on April 17, the hotel charged my credit card again. When I followed up, I was advised to call back on April 18 between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM to speak with someone authorized to resolve the issue.
