「I only gave 4 stars because my air conditioner made a noise every time it came on. I decided there was no point to complain since I was only one night and it was late when I checked I. It is an excellent place to stay!!! Loved the staff and the room. The breakfast was fantastic!! I would absolutely stay again.」

「The room was an instant turnoff because soon as I came in I noticed some type of greasy substance or maybe bodily fluids on the bed . The room was also uncomfortable temperature wise. I stayed maybe 30 minutes and left . I felt totally ripped off. Especially with these high gas prices and things like that.」

I asked for a towel and got the third degree. We had 3 people in our room and only 2 towels. There was something in the shower looked like pee. Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
