「Everything spotlessly 」

「The staff were exceptionally friendly! They were kind, helpful, and cheerful! The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location is very convenient to restaurants, the interstate, and shops. The beds were comfortable. The property is older, and more of a motel style. 「Very lovely place to stay. Only here 1 night but clean and comfortable rooms. Bar and restaurant on property. Pool looked great even though we didn't use it. Nice exercise room as well. Room was spacious and quiet. 」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! 「Room was clean and spacious. However it was a horrible night sleep wise for me and my husband! The bed has VERY hard. And the chair was AWFUL to sit/sleep in! Hardest bed we have ever had in a hotel. I have to sit up most nights because of back problems. And the chair was so uncomfortable and tortuous on my back.」

「We had to get a 2nd room because the 1st room smelled like an ashtray. The rooms were "surface clean" meaning no one has done anything other than run a quick broom and mop over the room. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom corners and it just had an overall dirty feel. Like the remote and telephone hadn't been whipped down in who knows how long. My daughter showered in flip flops and wouldn't walk barefoot on the floors.」
