「The pfroperty was not great only one wall sconce had a bulb for light, the 4inch mattress was ddirectly on top of metalframe for a playform bed. abut very clean. We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug. Staff VERY helpful amd friendly. Tv wasset at one volume only. aathis choice was for our evacuation needs...

「The site said sound proof rooms. They weren't kidding. Couldn't hear anything from the rooms next door and could hardly hear anything from outside (like car doors closing or horn beeps when someone locked their car doors. It was a nice peaceful night to end our trip home.」

「still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」

「Gabby was the best! She put “customer” back in customer service! She greeted us like it was an honor to have us stay there. All the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Lisa, she was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to speak. Great place to stay if you have a pet!」

「Traveling for an event at the fairgrounds the hotel was very convenient as it’s one exit away many many food options in the area as well as Walmart and grocery stores. Front desk was very accommodating and read any of my notes and request our arrival one of the places Candlewood, I’ve stayed at」
