The best thing about this property was the very friendly & helpful staff, Sri, was amazing, and made my stay even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee in the morning was really good. This property has some age on it, and needs a lot of cosmetic work, but very everything was pretty clean. The location was excellent, and it is very quiet.

Dirty room and bed and bed on arrival. Cleaning staff did not under stand the word “no thank you” in regards to privacy. Shower almost zero pressure. Trash and food debris around headboard. Severe smell of smoke in room despite no smoking.

The room was clean. Staff was....not rude .. when there, the business area consists of a copier and pc, the whole place needs maintenance. But, for the price we had a clean room and comfortable bed.

Had 2 night stay due to event at Rock Eagle with 4-H. Room not serviced after 1st night, found used/dirty towels behind bathroom door. Ran out of toilet tissue. I highly do not reccomend you stay here. And we had stayed here on previous occasions. Will not repeat this mistake. Young lady at desk not concerned about any of these problems.

Old worn out facility. Dust and dirt in the room. TV did not work (but the staff did come by and fix it. When one guy could not fix it, he brought a co-worker, who fixed it. They were really good guys.) really noisy outside.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast with grits, selection of bagels, coffee and juices. The parking lot was safe with lots of security cameras, however a gas station was adjacent to the hotel.
