「This property was super nice, and is a hidden gem. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is to leave room for improvement. I think that, given a little amount of effort and focus on concierge level service, this property could become a real resort type experience. Get a little creative and watch the rooms fill up. We were so impressed and will be back!」

「Southern Cross Ranch was a wonderful facility. Our room was clean. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious and the views from the breakfast room was spectacular! All staff were very warm, friendly and helpful, especially the owner, Inga; Karen in the office; Kimberly in the restaurant as was all the other staff employees. 「The property did not met the standard of Hampton. The bathroom had mold in the tile, there were no cups to get a drink of water and there was a musty smell. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast was superb. 」
