Nice clean room, very helpful front desk clerk even fairly late at night. She told us of all the amenities and what time they served breakfast and the checkout time. Very nice bed and sweet, restful dreams.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. However, the hallways were hot and musty. The elevator was squeaky. The central ac didn't work, but the window unit worked well. The breakfast was decent, but the waffle maker needs maintenance.

The pictures were a bit deceiving. The mounts that they use for the tvs are either not strong enough for the big tvs or too cheap for the big tvs. Beds aren't comfortable and the spare linens are dirty. The toilet had leftover refuse in it so it wasn't scrubbed. The couch in the room was very hard. The hallway smelt of urine and the carpets were very stained. The pool itself was fair but the doors and water fountains were covered in rust and falling apart. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, the pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh and there is a sign at the front desk saying checkout is 12 but they advertise 11. Overall very disappointed, the hotel was advertised as excellent but was far from it.

Very nice.clean hotel. Breakfast was very good too. Especially liked the security patrol in the parking lot at night. Last year at another place our ebikes were stolen from the back of our truck. Will definitely stay here again next year.
