「Really friendly and helpful staff, I had to change the date of my stay at short notice and they were very understanding and accommodating.」

「It’s a lovely place to stay if you like walking a lot. It’s a short drive to local places of interest. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating. The ladder up to the bedroom is quite a quirky feature. Overall it’s a lovely cosy base to explore from.」

「Small beautifully restored country house hotel. Used as a wedding venue, but they don’t let that get on the way as they prefer for it. Stay and staff were fantastic. Evening food options are limited but plenty of variety available with 5-10 min drive. 」

「We really enjoyed our three days here. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel is charming and quirky. The weather was very hot, so the addition of two sturdy portable fans was very welcome. We were in a lovely attic conversion and could see the countryside around for miles. Although we were at the top of the building, the water pressure was good and we could all have showers to cool off without any problems - plenty of hot water, too - and the toiletries smelled gorgeous. 「I stay here most years for an event I attend nearby. The rooms are good value, clean and have everything I need. It is low hassle, quiet and I sleep well. Breakfast is very basic Fruit, pastry and cereal bar hung on the door the day before but suits me for an early start.」

「We booked the Harewood Inn to attend a wedding at Homme House. As we needed to get to the venue for 1:30pm, the kind team let us check in early to drop our bags and get ready. We had a great night's sleep and the breakfast was fab in the morning. A really lovely inn, and a great stop for our nights stay. 」
