Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5 stars!!

Staff excellent, all lovely and helpful. Hotel is very old and quirky. Room nicely appointed but very warm. Bed comfy but duvet horribly hot so had awful night - ended up sleeping under my coat. Breakfast was excellent

Lovely, clean room reflecting the character of the hotel and bathroom was modern & contemporary. Despite being on the busy high street my room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep, the bed was big and linen was lovely and crisp. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee served in the coffee lounge. I will book again.

Simply a perfect place to stay over

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Wonderful bar/lounge area, including outside. The room we stayed in (Room 3) was absolutely amazing, and made the stay just perfect. Great location bang in the middle of Ledbury, with free parking a big bonus. Disappointed with the absence of Reception staff when wishing to check in at 3pm.

Comfortable, characterful hotel in the middle of the town. We had a lovely night's stay with our dog, who was left a special treat. Plenty of space and decent shower. We met friends so didn't eat there but the restaurant always looked popular.

Great hotel

The hotel was easy to find. The carparking was free. Checkin was easy. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. The hotel is on the main street, so an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb country hotel in Ledbury

Excellent heritage hotel (former coaching inn) in thriving Ledbury. Room was clean and comfortable, with pretty terrace outside the room. Large and yet also cosy bar with great choice of drinks. The restaurant looked very inviting, but we ate at the outstanding '33 The Homend' nearby, recently granted a Michelin star. Free parking. Only negative was that the heating wasn't working but it wasn't really needed, and I am confident they will fix it
