「Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel.」

「This hotel was the worst I have ever been to. The toilet was sticky and there were brown smudges on the bathroom walls. The AC unit leaked a 10 foot stream of water across the floor overnight, soaking our clothing. The staff didnt care when informed, simply stating we would need to get a refund from Expedia, not them. It was disgusting in every way possible.」

「The property was amazing! With a puppy as part of our family, we especially enjoyed walking the campus which was quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and staff very helpful. Highly recommend!」

「Our room and my daughter’s room was filthy. There was a dead bug inside a pillowcase: a bug smashed on the wall with a streak of bug guts; peanuts under the desk area; yellow stains on the sheets; a lot of dead bugs under the curtains; and what appeared to be a mouse hole in the wall. We left and found a clean room at the Holiday Inn Express. We have pictures and requested a refund.」

「It was nice. The place was secluded, which could make you feel safe, but also maybe not. The bed was very comfortable, and I felt fine there. However, I would probably stay at a different place next time. Just because of my overall preferences.」
