Nice clean room, easy access from highway, multiple restaurants within short driving distance. We had a beautiful view from our room, even had a small balcony.

Great view, and fairly clean, but don’t expect a really nice place. A couple bugs near the sliding patio window. Beds and pillows were average. Breakfast a disappointment

This place is right off 81, only 4 miles north of Lexington, and about 8 miles from Buena Vista, and not far from the Blueridge Parkway. Staff was very, very helpful. There is a free breakfast, but it’s limited. I only had a waffle, yogurt, and apple juice, so it was fine for me. Rooms are fine, bathrooms need updated, but are perfectly adequate. It is a great deal for the price. Oh, and the beds may be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on at a hotel.

Property was clean but sort of old. A few updates would make it a wonderful hotel. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. This is the second time we've stayed here on our way to VA Beach. Would stay again.

The property was comfortable, but very outdated. The rooms and bathrooms need a refresh. It’s a shame because the property sits on this hill overlooking all the surrounding beautiful scenery. Pet fee is $15 a day, which was extremely reasonable. We were on the first floor with a sliding back door, which made it convenient to take the dog in and out. The staff was nice during our short stay. Breakfast was basic and had hot waffles.
