「Mr Tej in the front desk was wonderful, he provided more than the best service I never had.Thank you very much!」

「There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.」

「If I can give this place a lower star, I would starting off the bat we need to change the pictures, some of the review that are good are ppl to probably are moving thru staying one night. because it is nothing as what you see when you try to book this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere very sketchy area trucking highway, the hotels under construction, and even the construction or the areas that are done. Still need to be worked on. We got our first room. There were dead bugs that look like...

「Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location.」

「Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. 」

「My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.」

「Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. 」

「Our first room was dirty. Someone’s dirty socks on the floor & hair on floor in bathroom. Was lucky they had another room to switch us to. The next room had a wet floor after the rain, not sure if leaked through window or ac unit. Breakfast at 7am was already running out of food, Will not stay again or recommend.」

「Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road.」
