「The room was small and felt claustrophobic. The walls are very thin. Our neighboring room had very loud residents and we could hear them fighting in there. As a family, we were scared that this could go south very fast, I went down to let the staff know and see if they could diffuse the situation. They heard me and said that the people in that room were down in their lobby area. As the residents were drunk and started their unruly behavior in the lobby, the staff sent them up to their room. 「Me encantó donde estaba situado y todo dentro del hotel muy limpio, personal atento. Debe mejorar la ducha que solo salía caliente y deberían permitir entrar a los huéspedes por la parte trasera ya que ayer estaba lloviendo fuerte y no me permitieron entrar y tuve que dar la vuelta. De lo de más les doy 💯」

「I stayed at the hotel in July 2026 for roughly a week. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my time there. Most of those whom I interacted with also spoke very good English so it was a relief. Breakfast was included, which consisted in a list of items to choose from. I tried a different dish each day. My favorite was the Crab and egg arepa. While I spent a lot of time exploring Poblado, Medellin and nearby districts, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room during the down time....

「Excellent location, very walkable in a convenient and safe neighborhood, the rooftop pool had the most amazing views. The room had a balcony, the bed was very comfortable, the rooms were quiet. Onsite laundry was an unexpected perk, we were able to wash clothes there. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.」
