「The personal are pending for bringing me good service, Excellent customer service, very delicious breakfast in overall good cleaning but the shower needs more attention, same on the taller areas in the closet. But in general I’m satisfie.」

「so I almost gave it a one star or terrible, but it does have location and the stuff we’re really good, especially Sara who worked on the desk and the cleaning lady I can’t remember her name… but although the location is good, it is basically Skid Row… there are prostitutes, drug addicts, and that was during the day, I wouldn’t even think of going out at night!… the rooms are sparse, and very small, maybe 14 x 8 ft.. in the windows are open you just pull a drape across, the noise at night was...

「What a great stay at Landmark Hotel! Our room was spotless and beautiful with a lovely little balcony. I literally never heard any noise from anyone else on my floor, it was so quiet. The bed was super comfy too. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and kind, and the restaurant on site called Smash offered healthy and delicious meals for a reasonable price. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the unlimited filtered water available in our room. I will absolutely stay here next time...
