「Staff were fabulous and the room was clean and lovely, however, there was a mining site just outside the property which meant that you could hear drills from 6am to 6pm and large trucks drove past every 10 minutes. 「The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund.
