The hotel was impeccably clean, located in a very safe and quiet area, and within walking distance of many outstanding restaurants. The food at the hotel was spectacular, and the service at both the restaurant and the bar was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would like to give special recognition to Freddy, who provided exceptional service from day one. He was always happy to offer recommendations, answer our questions, and greeted us every day with a warm smile, making us feel truly welcome.
