Excellent service, staff was very friendly, attentive, and polite at all times. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bathroom, although a bit dated and showing some signs of wear, was still in acceptable condition. The buffet service was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of food options, all fresh and good quality. Overall, a very positive experience.

The location was perfect. A few beautiful blocks away from the Provenza. Quiet hotel to contrast the loud and very stimulating downtown area. Breakfast was great, clean rooms and great staff. I would def come back here again.
