"Hyatt Place is conveniently located near to Waikiki beach. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and other nearby activities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel is in the heart of Waikiki but is old and dated. Breakfast staff were amazing every day and really start your day off right. Front desk staff are no help at all other than taking your money. Called down for clean towels twice an hour apart and they never came. Had to go floor to floor to find housekeeping staff to beg for clean towels. TV was down for 3 days because they switched to a different provider. Every time we asked the front desk staff about things going on in the hotel or recommendation on they area they had absolutely nothing to say. "

"We loved the resort. The service and staff were amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was after all the money you spend to stay there they still want an addl $65 a night for parking and they don’t feed you. All the other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed in feed you also, they want you to pay for every single thing after you’ve paid already to stay at the resort. That was crazy to us and we didn’t like it at all "

"Stayed at the Hilton with an ocean view and it was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, spacious, and the balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking—especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, making the whole stay smooth and relaxing. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great restaurants. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning made the experience even more special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the ocean view rooms!"
