"Bathroom cabinet cover fell on my foot. Pool is small and not inviting. It is next to dining area. There are times it's warm inside our rooom."

"We walked into our room and were greeted by cockroaches. Told the front desk and they basically said “ok”, even with photo evidence. We woke up to a huge puddle of water our first night because the a/c broke and was leaking all over the floor. It was fixed the next day. The only thing that made our stay nice was the housekeeper who was always kind and polite and did an amazing job cleaning our room."

"Location was great on the beach. Comfortable, updated, ocean view room but bathroom was tiny. Birds kept landing on our balcony. Part of the adventure! Beautiful area and chill away from hub bub of dt Waikiki but there are very few restaurants in the area. Never was able to get reservations for Hau Tree lanai restaurant so had to eat in the bar area. Interior of property needs updating. All that said, we would stay here again. "

"Ocean view room has a great view of the ocean from the side. Street can get noisy and our room can hear it. Great location and amenities. I would suggest they replace the carpets. "

"Central location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. One block to the beach. Room was clean and the view of Diamond Head was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay! "
