「The room was very clean. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. I felt all the coils on the mattress. The staff was very friendly, helpful, patient and professional.」

「This Hotel was almost perfect in every way. Nice, Large room, clean, and my room was close to the elevator. The staff from the desk to the waitress to the housekeeper were all very friendly. I would say that the only downside was the $25 a night parking fee. I was there 3 days, and that's $75 plus tax for me to park my own car. I would rather have paid $ 25 per STAY, not per night. That's it, my only complaint. Would stay there again.」

「Check in was smooth and fast. The room was clean and had a good amount of space. I traveled with two small children and the room was accommodating for us 4. Location was perfect only about a 10min walk to the historic downtown area. The hotel had a nice size parking lot which makes it convinient since parking is tough in the downtown are so it’s best to park at the hotel and then just walk. 」
