「I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.」

「The rooms were clean upon arrival, staff was nice, beach location was exceptional and very private, sunrise and watching the moonrise was beautiful, the only complaint would be the rooms wasn't cleaned everyday and towels wasn't restocked in the room but the view made up for it.」

「My wife and I had an amazing time. The staff was accommodating, going above and beyond. The amenities were far better then we expected. Breakfast was elevated, great taste and presentation. Definitely be back there. We stayed in the Ruby room. Very nice accommodations. So enjoyed our stay.」

「I didn't like the fact that We were sleeping with children in the room that the Air Conditioner was not working and when contacted customer service nothing was done. We were given a face fan. Unreal! I want this complain to be escalated to Corporate office. We should be compensated for paying for such discomfort.」

「Location was great room dirty and definitely wasn’t vacuumed im assuming due to the underwear I found in the ground or the but the location is second from the beach so it’s just a place to lay your head rather questionable at night in the property as swell」

「The property was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Sherry at the front desk! Great location, short walk to the historic areas and Bridge of Lions.」

「Took forever to get someone to the office to be able to check in. Then about midnight the property owners/management team decided to start yelling and arguing right outside our door/window area. Then they refused to come to the office to handle our check out. Definitely do not recommend for a relaxing getaway. Pool was tiny and closed during our stay. It was also not very clear water so we wouldn’t have swam in it anyway.」
