「This property has a lot to offer. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have in-unit AC. The rooftop bar is cute and charming at sunset. The location is fantastic, right in the center of their city. The streets are active in the summer (all day and all night). 「The staff was fantastic. They were very accommodating and patient with my limited ability to speak or understand Spanish. The property is located very close to the cultural parts of the city. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider if I return to Cartagena.」

「The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. 」
